Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Receive your return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided return label
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
